Designated Days Off" (DDO) are established for a project, the Owner/Client has the sole right to designate the days of no work.
In addition to the foregoing recognized holidays, there shall be nine (9) Designated Days Off, as designated in Section B(2) below.
Employees scheduled to work on those days identified as Designated Days will be granted days off with pay at some other time.

All work performed before or after the regular work day, before or after the regular work week including Saturdays and Designated Days Off, shall be paid at the overtime rate of one and one-half (1 ½) times the Taxable Net Wage.
If work is performed on Designated Days Off, wages will be paid at one and one-half (1 ½) times the employees Taxable Net Wage.
