Delegation Schedule definition

Delegation Schedule means any separate schedule entered into between the Custodian and the Fund or its authorized representative with respect to certain matters concerning the appointment and administration of Subcustodians delegated to the Custodian pursuant to Rule 17f-5 under the 1940 Act.
Delegation Schedule means any separate schedule entered into between the Custodian and the Trust or its authorized representative with respect to certain matters concerning theadministration of Investments held outside of the United States and the appointment of Eligible Foreign Custodians” under the provisions of Rule 17f-5 of the 1940 Act. Dividend and Transfer Agent shall mean the dividend and transfer agent appointed, from time to time, pursuant to a written agreement between the dividend and transfer agent and the Trust. FINRA means the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
Delegation Schedule means the schedule attached hereto with respect to certain matters concerning the appointment and administration of Subcustodians delegated to the Custodian pursuant to Rule 17f-5 under the 1940 Act.

  • This Delegation Schedule may be terminated at any time, without penalty, by written notice from the terminating party to the non-terminating party.

  • The foregoing to the contrary notwithstanding, this Delegation Schedule shall be deemed to have been terminated concurrently with the termination of the Custodian Agreement.

  • This Delegation Schedule sets forth all of the Delegate's duties with respect to the selection and monitoring of Eligible Foreign Custodians, the administration of contracts with Eligible Foreign Custodians, the withdrawal of assets from Eligible Foreign Custodians and the issuance of reports in connection with such duties.

  • Delegate will prepare such a report with respect to any Eligible Foreign Custodian that the Delegate has been instructed to use pursuant to Section 7 of this Delegation Schedule only to the extent specifically agreed with respect to the particular situation.

  • Plan Schedule means the key terms applicable to Plans as set, and as may be varied by Us, from time to time in its absolute discretion without notice to You;

  • Master subcontracting plan means a subcontracting plan that contains all the required elements of an individual subcontracting plan, except goals, and may be incorporated into individual subcontracting plans, provided the master subcontracting plan has been approved.

  • Major Decision Reporting Package With respect to any Major Decision, (a) a written report prepared by the Special Servicer describing in reasonable detail (i) the background and circumstances requiring action of the Special Servicer, (ii) the proposed course of action recommended, and (iii) information regarding any direct or indirect conflict of interest in the subject action, and (b) all information in the Special Servicer’s possession that is reasonably requested by the party receiving such Major Decision Reporting Package in order for such party to exercise any consultation or consent rights available to such party under this Agreement.

  • Asset Schedule means with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium (including an Excel spreadsheet) generated by Seller and delivered to Buyer and the Custodian, which provides information (including, without limitation, the information set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto) relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.

  • Proposed Change Order (PCO means a document that informs Contractor of a proposed change in the Work and appropriately describes or otherwise documents such change including Contractor’s response of pricing for the proposed change.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation
