Delayed Funding Date definition

Delayed Funding Date is defined in Section 2.3(e).

Delayed Funding Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(D).

Delayed Funding Date means, with respect to a Funding Notice, the thirty-fifth (35th) day following the related Increase Date requested in such Funding Notice (or if such day is not a Business Day, then the next succeeding Business Day).

More Definitions of Delayed Funding Date

Delayed Funding Date means an Advance Date during a Delayed Funding Period.
