Debt Rent definition

Debt Rent means Debt Rent as defined in Paragraph 37(a)(ii).

  • In addition to Base Rent, Assumed Mortgage Service Debt Rent and Percentage Rent (as hereinafter defined in Section 2.06), Tenant shall pay all other amounts, liabilities, obligations and Impositions (as hereinafter defined) which Tenant assumes or agrees to pay under this Agreement or any Lease and any fine, penalty, interest, charge and cost which may be added for nonpayment or late payment of such items (collectively the "Other Additional Rent").

  • Tenant shall receive a credit against installments of Equity Rent to the extent such proceeds are received by Landlord and Debt Rent received by Lender on behalf of Landlord.

  • Debt Repayment means the repayment, prepayment, repurchase or defeasance of the Indebtedness of the Borrower under the Indebtedness that is identified on Schedule 1.1(g) to the Original Credit Agreement and that is repaid, prepaid, repurchased or defeased on the Original Closing Date (or such later date as may be necessary to effect the Debt Repayment in accordance with the tender offers therefor).

  • Debt Service Charges means for any Measurement Period, the sum of (a) Consolidated Interest Charges paid in cash or required to be paid in cash for such Measurement Period, plus (b) principal payments, other than Permitted Refinancings, made or required to be made on account of Indebtedness (excluding the Obligations but including, without limitation, Capital Lease Obligations) for such Measurement Period, in each case determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Basic Rent means the rent payable for the Aircraft pursuant to Section 3.2.1(a) of the Lease.

  • Additional Rents means amounts payable under any Lease for (i) the payment of additional rent based upon a percentage of the Tenant’s business during a specified annual or other period (sometimes referred to as “percentage rent”), (ii) so-called common area maintenance or “CAM” charges, and (iii) so called “escalation rent” or additional rent based upon such tenant’s allocable share of insurance, real estate taxes or operating expenses or labor costs or cost of living or ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ wages or otherwise.
