Examples of DBS Catalogue of Prices in a sentence

  • If this Agreement or a Schedule or a Change Request does not specify a Project Price or specifies that charges will be on a time and materials basis, DBS will charge on a time and materials basis according to the DBS Catalogue of Prices.

  • LLC can require DBS to accept a Change Request if (i) the Change Request is related to JV Release 1.0 or subsequent versions of the Eurex Software, and (ii) LLC has agreed to compensate DBS for the work under the Change Request in accordance with the then-applicable DBS Catalogue of Prices (see, Clause 9.2).

  • In this event, DBS will be obliged to perform the work on the alternative solution once a corresponding Change Request, in which LLC agrees to compensate DBS for such work in accordance with the then-applicable DBS Catalogue of Prices (see, Clause 9.2), has been signed by LLC.

  • The current German version of the DBS Catalogue of Prices for the portion of the System used solely by the Eurex Entities is attached as Schedule 9.2b.

  • DBS represents that the DBS Catalogue of Prices corresponds and will, when adjusted pursuant to Clause 9.2, continue to correspond to general, competitive market rates and will not unduly favor DBS as a subsidiary of DBAG.

  • The current version of the DBS Catalogue of Prices for the LLC is attached as Schedule 9.2a.

  • The terms and conditions of this Agreement including, without limitation, the DBS Catalogue of Prices, will be no less favorable to the members of the LLC Group than the terms and conditions (from DBAG's perspective) of any agreement pursuant to which DBS develops, maintains or operates any similar software program or computer network, directly or indirectly, in part or in total, for DBAG including its Affiliates.

  • The current German version of the DBS Catalogue of Prices for the Eurex Group is attached as Schedule 9.2b.

  • In this event, DBS will be obliged to perform the work on the alternative solution once a corresponding Change Request, in which LLC or the Eurex Entities, respectively, agrees to compensate DBS for such work in accordance with the then-applicable DBS Catalogue of Prices (see, Clause 9.2), has been signed by LLC or the Eurex Entities, respectively.

  • Part 1 rules that supersede inconsistent service-specific rules will control in Auction No. 46.

Related to DBS Catalogue of Prices

  • Schedule of Prices means the completed price schedule or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Contractor with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract documents.

  • Established catalogue price means the price included in a catalogue, price list, schedule, or other form that:

  • Catalog price means a price included in a catalog, price list, schedule, or other form that is regularly maintained by the manufacturer or vendor, is either published or otherwise available for inspection by customers, and states prices at which sales are currently, or were last, made to a significant number of buyers constituting the general public; and

  • Real-time Prices means the Locational Marginal Prices resulting from the Office of the Interconnection’s dispatch of the PJM Interchange Energy Market in the Operating Day.

  • Basic Prices means the prices for the specified materials prevailing on the date 28 days prior to the latest date for submission of Tenders.

  • Catalogue means the catalogue of IT Products available for Order under the provisions of the Framework Agreement.

  • Nodal Reference Price at each location shall mean the 97th percentile price differential between day-ahead and real-time prices experienced over the corresponding two-month reference period in the prior calendar year. Reference periods will be Jan-Feb, Mar-Apr, May- Jun, Jul-Aug, Sept-Oct, Nov-Dec. For any given current-year month, the reference period months will be the set of two months in the prior calendar year that include the month corresponding to the current month. For example, July and August 2003 would each use July- August 2002 as their reference period.

  • Catalog Pricing and Pricing Requirements This is a requirement of the TIPS Contract and is non-negotiable. In this solicitation and resulting contract, "Catalog Pricing" shall be defined as: "The then available list of goods or services, in the most current listing regardless of date, that takes the form of a catalog, price list, price schedule, shelf-price or other viewable format that:

  • Prices & Rates Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Contract Price.

  • Supply Price has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Final Reference Pricei means the official closing price of the Underlyingi on the Determination Date;

  • Reset Price means the greater of (i) 50% of the Initial Exercise Price (as adjusted for share splits, share dividends, recapitalizations and similar events pursuant to Section 3(a) hereof) and (ii) 100% of the lowest VWAP occurring on any day between the Initial Exercise Date and ninety (90) calendar days following the Issuance Date; provided that the Reset Price shall in no event be less than a floor price of 50% of the Initial Exercise Price.

  • Day-ahead Prices means the Locational Marginal Prices resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market.

  • List Price means the list of prices of the Goods maintained by the Seller as amended from time to time;

  • Catalog means the available list of tangible personal property or services, in the most current listing, regardless of date, during the life of the contract, that takes the form of a catalog, price list, schedule, shelf price or other form that:

  • Final Index Price means the average of the Index Prices for the 20 consecutive full trading days ending on the trading day prior to the Determination Date.

  • Locational Marginal Price or “LMP” shall mean the market clearing price for energy at a given location in a Party’s RC Area, and “Locational Marginal Pricing” shall mean the processes related to the determination of the LMP.

  • Market prices means current prices that are established in the course of ordinary trade between buyers and sellers free to bargain and that can be substantiated through competition or from sources independent of the offerors.

  • Current Prices means the prices for the specified materials prevailing on any date subsequent to the date 28 days prior to the latest date set for the submission of the Tenders, by reason of any National or State Statute or Ordinance,

  • Framework Price(s) means the price(s) applicable to the provision of the Services set out in Framework Schedule 3 (Framework Prices and Charging Structure);

  • Established catalog price means the price included in a catalog, price list, schedule, or other form that:

  • SAP Training Catalogue means the catalogue published by SAP containing details of SAP training courses and services.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Maintenance Margin means the minimum amount of money required in your Trading Account as specified on the Trading Platform in order to keep a Transaction open on the Trading Platform.

  • Final Reference Price means an amount (which shall be deemed to be a monetary value in the Underlying Currency) equal to the level of the Index at the Valuation Time on the Valuation Date or the Issuer Call Date, as the case may be, as determined by or on behalf of the Calculation Agent without regard to any subsequently published correction or (if, in the determination of the Calculation Agent, no such level can be determined and no Market Disruption Event has occurred and is continuing) an amount determined by the Calculation Agent as its good faith estimate of the level of the Index on such date having regard to the then prevailing market conditions, the last reported trading price of the Shares and such other factors as the Calculation Agent determines relevant;

  • GDP price deflator means the average of the four implicit price
