Data Error definition

Data Error means errors caused by failures in data conversion or failures caused by the Application Services processing. Data entry errors are not Data Errors.
Data Error is defined in the Procedures Manual.
Data Error means: (A) the failure of Contract Holder Data to match in all material respects the information provided to Vendor where such failure was caused by Vendor failing to perform the Services in accordance with this Agreement; or (B) the failure of Vendor to maintain, process or generate Contract Holder Data in accordance with this Agreement, but in the case of (A) and (B) shall exclude such failures to the extent caused by: (i) Vendor complying with written instructions provided by Customer; (ii) Customer failing to meet its obligations as described under this Agreement, including failure to comply with Section 2.6.1 and 2.6.2 above; or (iii) information provided by Customer or by third parties.

Examples of Data Error in a sentence

  • If the Meter Data Error affects more than one metering domain, the ISO, and affected Host Participant Assigned Meter Readers and affected Assigned Meter Readers of affected metering domains, must be notified.

  • The e-mail shall reference the Meter Data Error RBA number assigned by the ISO.

  • To the extent that the correction of a Meter Data Error is for a Directly Metered Asset that affects multiple metering domains, all affected Host Participant Assigned Meter Readers or Assigned Meter Readers must notify the ISO prior to the 46th calendar day after the Meter Data Error RBA Submission Limit that the corrected Directly Metered Asset data is acceptable to them in order for the ISO to use the corrected data in the final settlement calculations.

  • Corrected internal bilateral transactions data must be submitted to the ISO by a Market Participant prior to the 91st calendar day after the Meter Data Error RBA Submission Limit.

  • The Host Participant Assigned Meter Reader for the Directly Metered Asset is also responsible for submitting all corrected and agreed upon Directly Metered Asset data to the ISO prior to the 46th calendar day after the Meter Data Error RBA Submission Limit.

  • The “Notice of Meter Data Error Correction” shall identify a specific representative of the ISO to whom all communications regarding the matter are to be sent.

  • III.3.8 Correction of Meter Data Errors (a) Any Market Participant, Assigned Meter Reader or Host Participant Assigned Meter Reader may submit notification of a Meter Data Error in accordance with the procedures provided in this Section III.3.8, provided that the notification is submitted no later than the Meter Data Error RBA Submission Limit and that the notice must be submitted using the RBA form for Meter Data Errors posted on the ISO’s website.

  • Corrected metered data for Profiled Load Assets and Coincident Peak Contribution values, must be submitted to the ISO by the Host Participant Assigned Meter Reader prior to the 87th calendar day after the Meter Data Error RBA Submission Limit.

  • Profiled Load Asset changes for assets specified in the Requested Billing Adjustment for a Meter Data Error that were identified during the Data Reconciliation Process and could not be resolved prior to the Correction Limit.

  • Profiled Load Asset changes for assets specified in the Requested Billing Adjustment for a Meter Data Error that meets the MWh threshold.

  • NAV Error means an error in the computation of the net asset value for a Fund or class as more fully described in the NAV Error Policy.

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;

  • Software Error means a reproducible defect or combination thereof in the Software that results in a failure of the Software when used in accordance with the Documentation.   • Medication error means any preventable event that may cause or lead to inappropriate medication use or patient harm, while the medication is in the control of the health care professional, patient, or consumer. Such events may be related to professional practice, health care products, procedures, and systems including, but not limited to: prescribing; order communication; product labeling, packaging and nomenclature; compounding; dispensing; distribution; administration; education; monitoring; and use.

  • Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.

  • Data Log means a complete record of all Data Interchanged representing the Messages and their Associated Data between the parties;

  • Clerical error means a clerical error in the processing of an Order, and includes, but is not limited to, the following: (i) a transmission error, including but not limited to, an Order sent to the wrong address or number, failure to transmit certain pages or illegible transmission, (ii) failure to transmit an Order received from one or more Existing Owners or Potential Owners (including Orders from the Broker-Dealer which were not originated by the Auction Desk) prior to the Broker-Dealer Deadline or generated by the Broker-Dealer’s Auction Desk for its own account prior to the Submission Deadline or (iii) a typographical error. Determining whether an error is a “Clerical Error” is within the reasonable judgment of the Broker-Dealer, provided that the Broker-Dealer has a record of the correct Order that shows it was so received or so generated prior to the Broker-Dealer Deadline or the Submission Deadline, as applicable.

  • Manifest Error means any error that we reasonably believe to be obvious or palpable, including without limitation, offers to execute Transactions for exaggerated volumes of Underlying Assets or at manifestly incorrect market price quotes or prices at a clear loss.

  • Encounter Data Any Contractor accessing payments for services through the Global Commitment to Health Waiver and Vermont Medicaid programs must provide encounter data to the Agency of Human Services and/or its departments and ensure that it can be linked to enrollee eligibility files maintained by the State.

  • Data Source Annual Fiscal Audit Report, Terms of Debt, Other Formal Notifications Received by School. Default Rubric Exceeds Standard The school has met standard for at least 3 consecutive years. Meets Standard The school is not in default of any financial obligations, and did not experience any instances of default during the fiscal year. Financial obligations include, but are not limited to, making payments to vendors and utility services on time, complying with all loan covenants, filing any reports required for maintenance of grants or philanthropic funds, meeting all tax obligations, and operating without financial judgements or property liens. Approaches Standard The school experienced one or more instances of minor default during the fiscal year (such as making late payments); however, the school is not currently in default of any financial obligations. Does Not Meet Standard School is currently in default of financial obligations.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Software Update means a package used to upgrade software to a new version including a change of the configuration parameters.

  • Summary Health Information means information (a) that summarizes the claims history, claims expenses, or type of claims experienced by individuals for whom a plan sponsor had provided health benefits under a health plan; and (b) from which the information described at 42 CFR Section 164.514(b)(2)(i) has been deleted, except that the geographic information described in 42 CFR Section 164.514(b)(2)(i)(B) need only be aggregated to the level of a five-digit ZIP code.

  • pseudonymisation means the processing of personal data in such a manner that the personal data can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, provided that such additional information is kept separately and is subject to technical and organisational measures to ensure that the personal data are not attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person;

  • Verbal abuse means, but is not limited to, the use of derogatory terms or names, undue voice volume and rude comments, orders or responses to residents.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.

  • Policy Web Pages means the web pages available at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xx.xx/xxxxxxxxxxxx, and at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xx.xx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx or such other URLs or Web pages as the LHIN or the Ministry may advise from time to time.   • User Manual means the user guide, Help Guide, documentation provided with the Software, updated agreements provided on the website of Quick Heal (xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx), explanatory or other materials as provided from time to time by Quick Heal.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) indicator means a four-character suffix to the unique entity identifier. The suffix is assigned at the discretion of the commercial, nonprofit, or Government entity to establish additional System for Award Management records for identifying alternative EFT accounts (see subpart 32.11) for the same entity.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Data Collector means a party appointed to retrieve, validate and process Meter Reading data from Metering at a Supply Point or to provide electricity consumption data in relation to the Apparatus connected with an Unmetered Supply Point, as the case may be, for the purposes of the BSC;

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • Data Service means a telecommunications service other than a voice service.

  • Root Cause Analysis Report means a report addressing a problem or non-conformance, in order to get to the ‘root cause’ of the problem, which thereby assists in correcting or eliminating the cause, and prevent the problem from recurring.

  • Summary data means statistical records and reports derived from data on individuals but in which individuals are not identified and from which neither their identities nor any other characteristic that could uniquely identify the individual is ascertainable.
