Cyber System definition

Cyber System means the network of hardware, software, procedures, and people 616 put in place by companies, individuals, or governments that can connect to a network, including 617 the Internet.
Cyber System means any computer or network of computers used to relay, transmit, coordinate, or control communications of data or programs.60

  • To the extent that the Contractor is collecting, using, disseminating, or retaining Confidential Information Nonpublic Information or BES Cyber Security Information, in any format, or is using or operating any Central ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Information Technology System or Operational Technology System, including a BES Cyber System, in order to perform its responsibilities or obligations pursuant to the Master Agreement, then this Rider shall apply in full.

  • Information about the Cyber System that could be used to gain unauthorized access or pose a security threat to the Cyber System.

  • BES Cyber System Information (BCSI) shall mean information concerning CIPS Covered Assets that: (i) relates to the production, generation or transmission of energy; (ii) could be useful to a person planning an attack on critical infrastructure; and (iii) provides strategic information beyond the geographic location of the critical asset, and which is identified as BCSI by Company.

Related to Cyber System

  • Supplier System the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including any software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Commissioner System);

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;
