Customer Specifications definition

Customer Specifications mean a detailed description of the functional and technical specifications for each Product, including BOMs, drawings, dimensions, manufacturing instructions, required performance characteristics, quality control tests, Deterministic Acceptance Criteria, packaging and labeling instructions for each Product that is provided to and accepted by Paramit and are in effect at the time of Paramit’s commencement of manufacture of a Product. The Specifications for each Product may be amended, from time to time, by written agreement of the parties; written agreement to amend Customer Specifications shall not be unreasonably withheld by either Party.
Customer Specifications. Any information supplied by Customer, including, but not limited to, software, schematics, netlists, microcode, designs or techniques, that is accepted by LSI and is utilized in the design of or otherwise incorporated into a Product.

More Definitions of Customer Specifications

Customer Specifications means specifications for ARA, other than the Martek Specifications, which are required by specific customers of Martek and are agreed upon by the Committee (as defined below in Section 4.1); as agreed upon, each order for ARA placed by Martek which is required to satisfy Customer Specifications shall identify the applicable specifications by customer name or other unique designation. Customer Specifications shall always include at least compliance with current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs) promulgated by FDA and comparable requirements by other governmental bodies for food ingredients, even if such requirements are not expressly set forth in any statement of the Customer Specifications.
