Customer Specifications definition

Customer Specifications mean a detailed description of the functional and technical specifications for each Product, including BOMs, drawings, dimensions, manufacturing instructions, required performance characteristics, quality control tests, Deterministic Acceptance Criteria, packaging and labeling instructions for each Product that is provided to and accepted by Paramit and are in effect at the time of Paramit’s commencement of manufacture of a Product. The Specifications for each Product may be amended, from time to time, by written agreement of the parties; written agreement to amend Customer Specifications shall not be unreasonably withheld by either Party.
