Customer Employee definition

Customer Employee means any employee, consultant, agent or sub-contractor (or an employee or consultant thereof) engaged or employed by the Customer or any Third Party to provide a Service or services similar to a Service or any part of a Service;
Customer Employee shall have the meaning given to it in clause 13.11;
Customer Employee means an individual who has entered into or works under (or, where the employment has ceased, worked under) a contract of employment for the Customer;

Examples of Customer Employee in a sentence

  • The Customer shall use all reasonable endeavours to procure that Transfer Option One is sent to each Transferring Pensionable Customer Employee no later than ten (10) Working Days following the receipt by the Supplier or the Supplier’s Actuary, as appropriate, of all such information and documentation as is relevant in relation to the description of Transfer Option One.

  • The Customer and the Supplier further agree that, as a result of the operation of TUPE, the contracts of employment between the Customer and the Transferring Customer Employees (except in relation to any contract terms relating to occupational pension schemes) will have effect from the Relevant Transfer Date as if originally made between the Supplier and each such Transferring Customer Employee.

  • The Customer shall procure that each Transferring Pensionable Customer Employee is informed of this right and of the manner of exercise of this right (by way of written notice to the Supplier on or before the Commencement Date) at least five (5) Working Days before the Commencement Date.

  • The Supplier shall procure that each Transferring Pensionable Customer Employee who takes up Transfer Option One is granted his Pension Service Credit as soon as reasonably practicable following receipt of Transfer Amount One [*** and, where relevant, Top Up One, if any, ***] in accordance with paragraph[s] 5 [*** and 7 respectively ***] of this schedule.

  • The Customer shall procure that each Transferring Pensionable Customer Employee is informed of such admission at least five (5) Working Days before the Transfer Date.

Customer Employee means any employee, consultant, agent or sub-contractor (or an employee or consultant thereof) engaged or employed by the Customer or any Third Party to provide a Service, any part of a Service or services similar to a Service; “Data Protection Laws" the Data Protection Act 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the "EU GDPR") to the extent applicable, (the "UK GDPR") (as defined in the Data Protection, Privacy and Electronic Communications (Amendments etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019) and any relevant law implemented as a result of GDPR, UK GDPR, E Privacy Law and any other legislation in any applicable jurisdiction concerning the protection and/or processing of personal data, including all subordinate legislation, regulations, guidance and codes of practice. The termsData Controller”, “Data Processor”, “Data Subjects”, “Personal Data”, "Personal Data Breach" and “Process” shall have the meaning given to them in Data Protection Laws; E Privacy Law Directive 2002/58/EC concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC and any relevant law implementing or superseding Directive 2002/58/EC, including the Privacy and Electronic Communication (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and any superseding law;
Customer Employee means an individual engaged, under a contract of service with the Customer from time to time, as an employee as that term is defined in section 230(2) of the Employment Rights Act 1996.
Customer Employee means any person employed or engaged or formerly employed or engaged by Customer or an Affiliate or contractor of Customer prior to the Service Start Date in the provision of services which become or are equivalent to any Services;
