Customer Database(s) definition

Customer Database(s) means the Customer Data stored in the MOA databases that are specific to the Customer.

Examples of Customer Database(s) in a sentence

  • PlanetCAD will have no right, license or interest whatsoever in the Dassault Systemes Customer Databases or content therein, except to the extent necessary for performance of its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Dassault Systemes will be deemed the maker of the Dassault Systemes Customer Databases and the owner of any and all right, title and interest in and to the Dassault Systemes Customer Databases and their content, wherever hosted.

  • Manager acknowledges and agrees that the Business Information and the Customer Databases shall be treated in all respects as proprietary information of Owner subject to Section 17.20 herein and will be used by Manager for no purpose other than the operation and management of the Properties.

  • The Customer Databases shall be used by Manager solely for the operation and marketing of the Properties in accordance with this Agreement and applicable Gaming Laws.

  • At all times during the Term of this Agreement, and as long as the Dassault Systemes Customer Databases are hosted by PlanetCAD, PlanetCAD benefits from a limited right to use the Dassault Systemes Customer Databases for the exclusive purpose of performing its obligations under this Agreement.

Related to Customer Database(s)

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • ALI Database A database used in providing 911 Service which stores information associated with End User customers’ telephone numbers or Shell Records.

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.
