Customer Container definition

Customer Container means a container not provided by the Council under this Agreement and referred to in clause 8; "Form of Agreement" means the Form of Agreement signed by the Parties containing details and particulars of this Agreement and the Services

Examples of Customer Container in a sentence

  • Customers with hard-to-access Containers requiring the Contractor to wait for Customer Container relocation or requiring Contractor’s use of specialized equipment for Container relocation may charge those Customers additional access fees and/or hourly fees consistent with Exhibit B.
