In our discretion, NCS may designate an affiliated company or contract with a third party to complete repairs on the Computer Device. If NCS decide that it is necessary to replace the Computer Device rather than repair it, the Customer will receive a Computer Device equivalent to or upgraded to the Computer Device the Customer originally purchased from us, as determined by us in our sole and reasonable discretion.
