Custom Release definition

Custom Release means any revision to Software that (i) Itron may prepare or have prepared in response to a written request received from DLC and (ii) is not a Maintenance Release, Critical Maintenance Release or Configuration Change.

Examples of Custom Release in a sentence

  • Itron will prepare a firm estimate of Itron’s price and time required to prepare or cause preparation of the Custom Release within sixty (60) days of such request.

  • If DataCom provides Itron with a written notice to proceed within 30 days of the receipt of the firm estimate, Itron shall, as soon as commercially reasonable, (i) prepare or cause to be prepared, (ii) provide DataCom an electronic form copy of, and (iii) obtain all necessary licenses for DataCom to use, the Custom Release in accordance with the firm estimate, and shall otherwise perform all services and obligations as set forth in the firm estimate.

  • Within thirty (30) days of receipt of a written request from DLC for a Custom Release, Itron shall provide DLC with a budgetary estimate of Itron’s price and time required to prepare or cause preparation of the Custom Release.

Related to Custom Release

  • Software Release means any subsequent version of Software that RSA makes generally available to its customers who are current on their Maintenance Services fees but does not mean new Software.

  • Work release means a program of partial confinement

  • New Release means new releases, updates or versions of the Software made generally available by SAP through unrestricted shipment pursuant to SAP Support after the Effective Date of the Agreement.

  • Pre-Release shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.09.

  • General Release has the meaning stated in Section 6.03.
