Current Lease Balance definition

Current Lease Balance means, for any Lease and as of any date of determination (i) the Lease Cost less (ii) the Amortized Lease Cost of such Lease at such time.
Current Lease Balance. As of any date with respect to a Contract, the sum of (i) the aggregate Gross Balance, plus (ii) booked residuals, less (iii) unearned income applicable thereto, provided that the Current Lease Balance of any Defaulted Contract shall be deemed to be zero except when used in the calculation of Cumulative Gross Default Rate and Cumulative Net Default Rate.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Borrower may exercise its rights pursuant to this Section 2.11 solely with respect to the repurchase of Pledged Leases in a pool of Eligible Leases having an aggregate Current Lease Balance (measured as of the date of such repurchase) that is less than or equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the funded Revolving Advances and the total unfunded Revolving Loan Commitment held by the Lenders with respect to such pool of Eligible Leases.

  • Lease Balance means, with respect to the Leased Properties, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of all Funding Party Balances.

  • Remaining Present Value means, as of any date with respect to any lease, the present value as of such date of the scheduled future lease payments with respect to such lease, determined with a discount rate equal to a market rate of interest for such lease reasonably determined at the time such lease was entered into.

  • Existing Leases means those leases, license agreements and occupancy agreements identified on Schedule 2.1.3, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • New Balance This means the total outstanding balance on your account. It will be listed on each statement as the “New Balance”.

  • Interim Balance Sheet has the meaning set forth in Section 3.06.

  • Consolidated Cash Balance means, at any time, the aggregate amount of cash, cash equivalents, marketable securities, treasury bonds and bills, certificates of deposit, investments in money market funds and commercial paper, in each case, held or owned by (whether directly or indirectly), credited to the account of, or otherwise reflected as an asset on the balance sheet of, the Parent MLP and its Consolidated Subsidiaries.

  • Estimated Closing Balance Sheet has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a).

  • Time balance means the sum of the principal amount financed and the finance charge.

  • Asset Balance means, for any Payment Date, the Pool Balance as of the beginning of the current Collection Period.

  • Total Funded Indebtedness means, at any date, the aggregate principal amount of all Funded Indebtedness of Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries at such date, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Lease Expense means, with respect to any Person, for any period for such Person and its subsidiaries on a Consolidated basis, lease and rental expense accrued during such period under all leases and rental agreements, other than Capital Leases and leases of personal property, determined in conformity with GAAP.

  • Equipment Lease means a Contract for the lease of Equipment or for the purchase of Equipment under a conditional sales or title retention agreement.

  • Current Balance Sheet means the balance sheet of the Company as at March 31, 1998 which is included in the Initial Financial Statements.

  • Latest Balance Sheet has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(a).

  • Consolidated Total Funded Indebtedness (i) obligations under any derivative transaction or other Hedging Agreement, (ii) undrawn Letters of Credit, (iii) Earn-Outs to the extent not then due and payable and if not recognized as debt on the balance sheet in accordance with GAAP and (iv) leases that would be characterized as operating leases in accordance with GAAP on the date hereof.

  • Operating Lease Obligations means all obligations for the payment of rent for any real or personal property under leases or agreements to lease, other than Capitalized Lease Obligations.

  • Operating Lease means, as applied to any Person, any lease of any property (whether real, personal or mixed) by that Person as lessee which is not a Capital Lease.

  • Operating Leases means all real or personal property leases under which any Company is bound or obligated as a lessee or sublessee and which, under GAAP, are not required to be capitalized on a balance sheet of such Company; provided that Operating Leases shall not include any such lease under which any Company is also bound as the lessor or sublessor.

  • Consolidated Lease Expense for any period, the aggregate amount of fixed and contingent rentals payable by the Parent Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries for such period with respect to leases of real and personal property, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Company Balance Sheet means the consolidated balance sheet of the Company and its Subsidiaries as of December 31, 2016 and the footnotes thereto set forth in the Company’s annual report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2016.

  • Capitalized Lease Liabilities means all monetary obligations of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries under any leasing or similar arrangement which, in accordance with GAAP, would be classified as capitalized leases, and, for purposes of this Agreement and each other Loan Document, the amount of such obligations shall be the capitalized amount thereof, determined in accordance with GAAP, and the stated maturity thereof shall be the date of the last payment of rent or any other amount due under such lease prior to the first date upon which such lease may be terminated by the lessee without payment of a penalty.
