Culls definition

Culls means onions which fail to meet the standard of any grade established by the State Department of Agriculture un- der ORS 632.211.
Culls means potatoes which do not meet the requirements set forth in Section II A (1).
Culls means any forms of waste and off-grade potatoes, including volunteer plants.

  • Blasting means the use of explosive materials to fracture:
