CTSC definition

CTSC means the clinical trial steering committee for the clinical trial that is the subject of the Project;
CTSC shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2.

  • Wellcome shall notify the Company of any proposed independent industry adviser(s) that Wellcome intends to appoint as its CTSC observer(s).
