CT REIT definition

CT REIT and the “REIT” means CT Real Estate Investment Trust and references in this AIF to the “CT REIT” or “REIT”, unless the context otherwise requires, refer to CT REIT and its Subsidiaries, including the Partnership, on a consolidated basis.

  • Tenant acknowledges that it has been informed that Atlantic CT REIT, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), an affiliate of Landlord, elects to be taxed as a real estate investment trust (a "REIT") under the Code.
