CSR Deductions definition

CSR Deductions means any amounts applied by Network Rail from the amounts received by Network Rail from all freight train operators in respect of the Coal Spillage Investment Charge for the purpose described in paragraph 2.12.2;

Related to CSR Deductions

  • Agreed Deductions means any deductions the Agency Worker has agreed can be made from their pay;

  • Deductions means any deductions which the Employment Business may be required by law to make and in particular in respect of PAYE pursuant to Sections 44-47 of the Income Tax (Earnings and Pensions) Act 2003 and Class 1 National Insurance Contributions;

  • Transaction Tax Deductions means any Tax deductions relating to (i) any pay down or satisfaction of Company Indebtedness or other Indebtedness, (ii) the payment or incurrence of any Transaction Expenses or Transaction Bonus Payments and (iii) any other deductible payments attributable to the Contemplated Transactions economically borne by the Seller. For this purpose, any success-based fees shall be treated as deductible in accordance with Rev. Proc. 2011-29.

  • Tax Deduction means a deduction or withholding for or on account of Tax from a payment under a Finance Document.

  • Nonrecourse Deductions has the meaning set forth in Section 1.704-2(b)(1) of the Regulations.

  • Member Nonrecourse Deductions has the meaning of “partner nonrecourse deductions” set forth in Treasury Regulations Sections 1.704-2(i)(1) and 1.704-2(i)(2).

  • Gains means, with respect to any Party, an amount equal to the present value of the economic benefit to it, if any (exclusive of Costs), as of the Early Termination Date resulting from the termination of this Agreement, expressed in dollars and determined in a commercially reasonable manner. Factors used in determining the gain of economic benefit to a Party may include:

  • Indirect Taxes means applicable taxes and duties, including, without limitation, VAT, Service Tax, GST, excise taxes, sales and transactions taxes, and gross receipts tax.

  • Losses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(a).
