Examples of CSL Term in a sentence

  • Unless sooner terminated as provided herein, the term of this Agreement will commence upon Licensee's full payment of the License Fee to Licensor, the CSL Term will commence on the date of the first home game played at the Ballpark during the Baseball Season identified on page 1, and both will continue until the Giants cease playing Home Games in the Ballpark, regardless of the reason for such cessation.

  • Licensee agrees to purchase all of the Season Tickets for Licensee's Seat(s) each Baseball Season during the CSL Term at ticket prices established from time to time by either Licensor or the Giants, including any and all ticket surcharges, admission taxes or other charges.
