Crossgrade definition

Crossgrade means an election by Customer to transition its Subscription(s) to Xtime Products offered pursuant to an OEM Program.
Crossgrade means a subscription to a plan with an equivalent level of service but for a different length of time. A subscription to this offer will apply from the next renewal date of the Customer's subscription.
Crossgrade means any election by You, for one of Your Dealerships, to access and use an Xtime Service package pursuant to pricing and packaging terms and conditions that were established via an agreement between Xtime and a particular Vehicle Manufacturer.
