Cross UK definition

Cross UK shall the meaning specified in the introduction paragraph hereto.
Cross UK means A.T. Cross (Europe) Ltd., a company organized under the laws of the United Kingdom.

  • Foreign Obligations means Obligations owing by any of the Foreign Borrowers.

  • Cash Management Bank means any Person that, at the time it enters into a Cash Management Agreement, is a Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender, in its capacity as a party to such Cash Management Agreement.
