Credit Status 3 definition

Credit Status 3 shall exist upon the occurrence of the higher of a rating by S&P of Gannett’s senior unsecured long-term debt of at least A- but lower than A or a rating by Moody’s of Gannett’s senior unsecured long-term debt of at least A3 but lower than A2.
Credit Status 3 shall exist upon the occurrence of the higher of a rating by S&P of the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt of at least BBB but lower than BBB+ or a rating by ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ of the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt of at least Baa2 but lower than Baa1.
Credit Status 3 shall exist upon the occurrence of the higher of a rating by Standard & Poor's Corporation of Gannett's senior unsecured long-term debt of at least BBB or a rating by ▇▇▇▇▇'▇ Investors Service, Inc. of Gannett's senior unsecured long-term debt of at least Baa2. Credit Status 3 shall exist upon the satisfaction of one or the other of the foregoing minimum rating thresholds and no other Credit Status shall be deemed to coexist, notwithstanding that the lower of the two ratings may fall within the range of ratings specified in Credit Status 4.

  • Credit Score means a composite numerical score scaled from 0-100 as calculated by PJMSettlement that incorporates various predictors of creditworthiness.

  • CREFC® Delinquent Loan Status Report A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Delinquent Loan Status Report” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or no later than 90 days after its adoption, such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Credit Rating Agency means a nationally recognized credit rating agency that evaluates the financial condition of issuers of debt instruments and then assigns a rating that reflects its assessment of the issuer’s ability to make debt payments.

  • CMSA Delinquent Loan Status Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Delinquent Loan Status Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Credit Rating means, with respect to any entity, the rating then assigned to such entity’s unsecured, senior long-term debt obligations (not supported by third party credit enhancements) or if such entity does not have a rating for its senior unsecured long-term debt, then the rating then assigned to such entity as an issuer rating by S&P, Moody’s or any other rating agency agreed by the Parties as set forth in the Cover Sheet.
