Crash definition

Crash means any unintentional collision involving a motor vehicle and another vehicle, person, or object that results in property damage, personal injury, or death. A crash may occur on public or private property.
Crash means every reported incident or event involving a subscriber, Bicycle user, Bicycle, and/or Station resulting in personal injury to the subscriber or others, or property damage to the Equipment, or to the property of others.
