Related to CPU Utilisation

Utilisation means a utilisation of a Facility.
Utilisation Date means the date of a Utilisation, being the date on which the relevant Loan is to be made.
Utilisation Request means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3 (Utilisation Request).
stabilisation means processes which change the hazardousness of the constituents in the waste and transform hazardous waste into non-hazardous waste.
Drawdown means any principal amount borrowed or to be borrowed (by any means) under the provisions hereof.
