CPE Maintenance definition

CPE Maintenance means an Incident repair service for CPE.
CPE Maintenance means either, in relation to Sites in the UK, Standard Care, Prompt Care or Total Care, as appropriate, or, in relation to Sites outside the UK, a fault repair service operating during the working hours on normal working days applicable to the Site in question, as specified by BT from time to time.

Examples of CPE Maintenance in a sentence

  • Qwest will provide all necessary labor, tools, and materials, and will repair or replace, at its option, any necessary parts in connection with any CPE Maintenance Service.

  • For the purposes of carrying out repair work, BT will require access during the hours of cover applicable to the level of CPE Maintenance provided under this Contract.

  • CPE Maintenance Service may be ordered for an initial term of 12, 24, or 36 months.

  • The CPE Maintenance Service section of a Purchase Order will automatically renew for successive one-year periods until a total of thirty-six (36) months has elapsed since the Commencement Date (as defined in the Purchase Order) unless a party notifies the other of its desire to not renew such Purchase Order at least thirty (30) days, and no more than ninety (90) days, prior to the anniversary of the Commencement Date.

  • Customer agrees to notify the Qwest CSC at ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ for Voice and ▇▇▇- ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ for Video upon the failure or malfunction of CPE listed in the CPE Maintenance Service section of a Purchase Order for Voice and/or Video CPE Maintenance Services.

  • XO shall provide and Customer will pay a monthly fee for, maintenance and support for the CPE if Customer has purchased a CPE Maintenance Plan (as selected by Customer on the Order), through XO pursuant to this Agreement.

  • At the conclusion of the initial term, Customer has the option to continue CPE Maintenance Service under a new Purchase Order at the then-current CPE Maintenance Service rates.

  • Customer agrees to notify the Qwest CSC at ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ upon the failure or malfunction of CPE listed in the CPE Maintenance Service section of a Purchase Order for Data CPE Maintenance Services.

  • Adtran can be supported via the ACES or via the CPE Maintenance Agreement.

Related to CPE Maintenance

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Operation and Maintenance or “O&M” shall mean all activities required to operate, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the RA as specified in the SOW or any EPA-approved O&M Plan.

  • Major maintenance means the adjustment, repair or replacement of a component or module that could affect the accuracy of a measurement.
