Company understands and agrees that American Express is bound by confidentiality terms under its agreements with other E&I Members and therefore will not disclose any other E&I Member’s CPC-NACV to Company.
Additionally, in the event you are eligible to receive a Financial Incentive for any Contract Year, your Financial Incentive may be increased based on your individual CPC-NACV in that Contract Year as set forth in Section II 1(b) below.

Company agrees that the Aggregate E&I Member CPC-NACV for each Contract Year shall be calculated solely by American Express.
For the avoidance of doubt, the CPC-NACV of all E&I Members for any Contract Year shall only be aggregated for the purposes of determining the Base Incentive Rate that will be used for such Contract Year to calculate your Base Incentive Amount.
