Court Data definition

Court Data means all data and information of the Court or Court Contractors disclosed to or accessed by Contractor or Subcontractors, including all such data and information relating to the Court and their respective contractors, agents, employees, technology, operations, facilities, markets, products, capacities, systems, procedures, security practices, court records, court proceedings, research, development, business affairs and finances, ideas, concepts, innovations, inventions, designs, business methodologies, improvements, trade secrets, copyrightable subject matter, patents, and other intellectual property and proprietary information.
Court Data means the Confidential Information, Personal Information, and any information, data, or content that is provided to or accessed by Contractor.
Court Data means all data and information of the Judicial Branch Entities or Court Contractors disclosed to or accessed by Contractor or Subcontractors, including all such data and information relating to the Judicial Branch Entities and their respective contractors, agents, employees, technology, operations, facilities, markets, products, capacities, systems, procedures, security practices, court records, court proceedings, research, development, business affairs and finances, ideas, concepts, innovations, inventions, designs, business methodologies, improvements, trade secrets, copyrightable subject matter, patents and other intellectual property and proprietary information.

Examples of Court Data in a sentence

  • All parties also acknowledge and agree that the use of, access to or submission of Court Records, as that term is defined in the Court Data Services Subscriber Amendment, may be restricted by rules promulgated by the Minnesota Supreme Court, applicable state statute or federal law.

  • It is also understood that, pursuant to the Master Joint Powers Agreement for Delivery of Court Data Services to CJDN Subscribers (“Master Authorization Agreement”) between the Court and the BCA, the BCA is authorized to sign this Subscriber Amendment on behalf of Court.

  • The following provisions apply to those systems and tools covered by the Court Data Services Subscriber Amendment, if it has been signed by Agency.

  • If Agency chooses to execute the Court Data Services Subscriber Amendment referred to in Clause 2.12 in order to access and/or submit Court Records via BCA’s systems, the following provisions regarding data practices also apply.

  • Subscriber will not use or attempt to use Authorized Court Data Services in any manner not set forth in this Subscriber Amendment, Policies & Notices, or other Authorized Court Data Services documentation, and upon any such unauthorized use or attempted use the Court may immediately terminate this Subscriber Amendment without prior notice to Subscriber.

  • Authorized Court Data Services shall only be used according to the instructions provided in corresponding Policies & Notices or other materials and only as necessary to assist Subscriber in the efficient performance of Subscriber’s duties required or authorized by law or court rule in connection with any civil, criminal, administrative, or arbitral proceeding in any Federal, State, or local court or agency or before any self-regulatory body.

  • Court reserves the right to make modifications to the Authorized Court Data Services, Court Data Services Programs, and Court Data Services Databases, and related materials without notice to Subscriber.


More Definitions of Court Data

Court Data means, individually and collectively, all data kept and maintained by Clerk in the normal course of business including, but not limited to the following: case management data and databases; Court Documents, Court Document Images, Court Document Data Streams, and electronic images of documents filed or scanned into electronic format and any and all metadata, reports, and other information related to such documents or their images; internal and administrative records of the Clerk’s Court; and any and all electronically stored information, data, data streams, or court document images kept and maintained by Clerk in furtherance of Clerk’s statutory duties as the keeper of the official record of Cases.
Court Data means any information submitted by User for the purpose of enabling the electronic filing of any User documents/instruments to any of the participating Courts “Courts”.
Court Data means the data information of CCSC, which Authorized Users are permitted to access and use in compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
Court Data means all data of Court that passes through the Service Provider Products and the EFS and all data, text, and files that the foregoing provides and generates (including form content but excluding the actual forms that are part of the Service Provider Products) in conjunction with the Service Provider Products.

  • Health data means data related to the state of physical or mental health of the data principal and includes records regarding the past, present or future state of the health of such data principal, data collected in the course of registration for, or provision of health services, data associating the data principal to the provision of specific health services.

  • Sensitive Data means information that is protected against unwarranted disclosure, to include Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Protected Health Information (PHI) or other private/confidential data, as specifically determined by the State. Sensitive Data includes information about an individual that (1) can be used to distinguish or trace an individual‘s identity, such as name, social security number, date and place of birth, mother‘s maiden name, or biometric records; (2) is linked or linkable to an individual, such as medical, educational, financial, and employment information; (3) falls within the definition of “personal information” under Md. Code Ann., Com. Law § 14-3501(d); or (4) falls within the definition of “personal information" under Md. Code Ann., State Govt. § 10-1301(c).

  • Redact means to obscure individual items of information within an otherwise publicly accessible document.

  • computer data means any representation of facts, information or concepts in a form suitable for processing in a computer system, including a program suitable to cause a computer system to perform a function;

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports).
