County Zoning Ordinance definition

County Zoning Ordinance means the zoning and land use ordinance adopted by Sawyer County pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 59.69.
County Zoning Ordinance means the Winnebago County Town/County Zoning Ordinance (Chapter 17 of the Winnebago County General Code).

  • the 1997 Regulations means the Zebra, Pelican and Puffin Pedestrian Crossing Regulations 1997.

  • Building Code Act means the Building Code Act, 1992, S.O. 1992, c.23, as amended;

  • Tax Ordinance means the Israeli Income Tax Ordinance [New Version], 1961, as amended.

  • Council Regulation means Council Regulation (EC) No. 2100/94 of 27th July 1994 on Community plant variety rights;

  • Commissioners Court means Travis County Commissioners Court.

  • County Government means the county government provided for under Article 176 of the Constitution;

  • County commission means the board of county commissioners of the county.

  • County means the county of Los Angeles or any public entities for which the board of supervisors is the governing body. (Ord. 2002-0040 § 1, 2002: Ord. 2002-0015 § 1 (part), 2002)

  • the Ordinance means the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 32 of the Laws of Hong Kong), and includes every other Ordinance incorporated therewith or substituted therefor; and in the case of any such substitution the references in these Articles to the provisions of the Ordinance shall be read as references to the provisions substituted therefor in the new Ordinance;

  • Municipal means of or relating to a municipality.
