Country Contribution definition

Country Contribution has the meaning provided in Section 2.6(a). Covered Provider has the meaning provided in the Audit Guidelines. Disbursement has the meaning provided in Section 2.4
Country Contribution means the total contribution, whether in cash or in kind, during the period from the signing of the Compact to the end of the term of the Compact towards meeting the project objectives of the Program as set out in the Compact;
Country Contribution has the meaning provided in Section 2.6(a). Covered Provider has the meaning provided in the Audit Guidelines. DFC has the meaning provided in Section 1.2(d).

Examples of Country Contribution in a sentence

  • The overall allocation of the Country Contribution is generally described in Annex II, and a more detailed allocation shall be described in the Program Implementation Agreement, along with additional terms and conditions applicable to the Country Contribution.

  • The Country Contribution must be made toward meeting the objectives of the Compact and must directly support the Projects and Activities identified in the Compact.

  • Mozambique shall maintain, and shall use its best efforts to ensure that all Covered Providers maintain, accounting books, records, documents, and other evidence relating to the Program adequate to show, to MCC’s satisfaction, the use of all MCC Funding, the Country Contribution, and the implementation and results of the Program (“Compact Records”).

  • Mozambique shall, on at least an annual basis (or on such other intermittent basis as requested by MCC in writing), conduct, or cause to be conducted, financial audits and review engagements of all disbursements of MCC Funding and the Country Contribution.

  • MCC shall have the right to arrange for audits of Mozambique’s use of MCC Funding and of the Country Contribution.

Related to Country Contribution

  • Monetary Contribution means that part of the Public Benefits described as “Monetary Contribution” in clause 1 of Schedule 3 to be paid by the Developer to the City in accordance with this document. Occupation Certificate has the same meaning as in the Act.
