Corporate Support Services or "Shared Services" means human resources, procurement services, information technology, regulatory services, administrative services, real estate services, legal services, accounting, environmental services, research and development, internal audit, community relations, corporate communications, financial services, financial planning and management support services shared between or among a utility, its parent holding company or an affiliated entity and such other services authorized by the Commission on a case-by-case basis.

Corporate Support Services means services shared by a utility, its parent holding company, or a separate affiliate created to perform corporate support services, with its affiliates of joint corporate oversight, governance, support systems, and personnel. Examples of services that may be shared, to the extent the services comply with the requirements prescribed by Subsections (d) and (g), include human resources, procurement, information technology, regulatory services, administrative services, real estate services, legal services, accounting, environmental services, research and development, internal audit, community relations, corporate communications, financial services, financial planning and management support, corporate services, corporate secretary, lobbying, and corporate planning. Examples of services that may not be shared include engineering, purchasing of electric transmission, transmission and distribution system operations, and marketing.

Corporate Support Services means the services specified in Exhibit A-2.

Examples of Corporate Support Services in a sentence

• All such notices shall be submitted to the Director of Corporate Support Services, or his representative who shall arrange for their prompt posting.

• Both parties agree that all discussions will remain confidential to the Executive of the UFFW, Fire Department Senior Administration, Corporate Support Services Department and appropriate legal counsel.

• All such notices shall be submitted to the Director of Corporate Support Services or his representative who shall arrange for their prompt posting provided they are delivered to Human Resources normally at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the time of the meeting.

• The Corporate Support Services Department Staffing Branch will endeavour to accommodate eligible employees throughout the City in accordance with the principles of reasonable accommodation as noted in Article 37-4.

• Such a grievance shall set out the facts and the Section or Sections of the Agreement claimed to be violated or relied upon, and the matter shall be dealt with at STEP 2 by the Director of Corporate Support Services and then the balance of the grievance procedure.

• If an accommodation cannot be made within Transit, a request for assistance will be sent to the Corporate Support Services Department Staffing Branch.
