Core Grant definition

Core Grant means the Grant in that Financial Year but excluding any FiPL Funding related to that Financial Year; Core Grant Sum Payable for a given Instalment Period means the percentage of the Core Grant as set out in Annex 3 against that Instalment Period;

Examples of Core Grant in a sentence

  • PRIMATE CENTER RATES: The California National Primate Research Center (CNPRC) Non-Core Federal rate (57.8%) is applied only to the direct research costs of Federally sponsored awards excluding the National Center for Research Resources (NCRR) Core Grant.

  • The Non-Core Federal and Non-Federal rates are considered additive to the Core Grant rate.

  • The scheme provides a facility to carry forward into the next year any underspend of the Budget but requires firstly that (unless otherwise stipulated as a condition of Core Grant or Non-Core Grant funding or other external funding) that the funding of any overspend of the Budget is met in any year by transfer from the reserve.

  • The Institute has assumed that DST releases the Core Grant on time, and releases at least 75%of the Capital component of the grant by 30th September, so as to be able to spend the funds on time.

  • The Office of Research Infrastructure Programs (ORIP) Core Grant rate (A-Rate) and the Non-Core Federal Rate which is the sum of the ARate and the WNPRC specific F&A Expenses (B-rate).

  • The amount of Part A Core Grant payable in any of the financial years 2022/23 to 2026/27 inclusive (years 11 to 15 of this Grant Agreement) shall in no event exceed the amount of Part A Core Grant calculated in accordance with paragraph 4 of this Schedule for the financial year 2021/22, plus £10,000,000.

  • OUSD will adjust the payment of the “positive attendance based” grants based on quarterly review of monthly invoices and attendance for services rendered related to the ASSETS Core Grant for any adjustments resulting from the reconciliation of the attendance reports for that quarter’s months.

Related to Core Grant

  • Performance Grant means an Award subject, in part, to the terms, conditions and restrictions described in Section 9, pursuant to which the recipient may become entitled to receive cash, Class A Shares, Other Real Goods Securities or property, or other forms of payment, or any combination thereof, as determined by the Committee.

  • Sub-grant means a grant made or proposed to be made by the Recipient to a Beneficiary out of the proceeds of the Financing for the purpose of financing a Subproject; and “Sub-grants” means more than one such Sub-grant.

  • Stock Grant means Shares awarded under the Plan.

  • Restricted Stock Grant means Shares awarded under the Plan as provided in Section 9.

  • Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of a Restricted Stock Unit Award evidencing the terms and conditions of a Restricted Stock Unit Award grant. Each Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.
