Contractual Volume definition

Contractual Volume the volume of Product that any Month the Seller is obliged to sell and the Buyer is obliged to buy under the terms of this Agreement in accordance with the established in Clause 3.

Examples of Contractual Volume in a sentence

  • The Ammonia volume determined by the Buyer, will constitute the Contractual Volume for such month.

  • Determination of Contractual Volume between that base and ordered amount, and volume confirmed in Final Delivery Schedule, for any Month, and of applicable delivery schedule, shall be made in accordance with following provisions in this Section 3.

  • The parties acknowledge that the Contractual Volume Limitation shall expire two years after the date of this Agreement.

  • Evaluation of the Minimum Contractual Volume of Goods Handled will be carried out, excluding those days when no work has been carried out, and which have prejudiced the operations of TEQUIMAR, as a result of an Act of God, as defined under the terms of the Brazilian Civil Code.

  • In Purchaser takes a lower volume not less that **** of its Monthly Contractual Volume and considering these variations in the amount received by Purchaser and supplied by Seller are owing to variations in capabilities of carrier vehicles supplied by Purchaser and/or to product loads (supply) of product manually performed by Seller (without mass measurements), price to be applied shall be that related with the Monthly Contractual Volume.

Related to Contractual Volume

  • Service Volume means a measure of Services for which a Performance Target is set.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Contract Quantity means the total number shares, contracts or other units of the Underlying Instrument that the Client is notionally buying or selling;
