Government shall pay Contractor for the Services performed by Contractor, in accordance with the scheduled Contractor Rates stated in Attachment A of this Agreement.
Contractor shall submit an invoice in arrears for the materials and services provided in the amounts listed which shall become effective and billable upon delivery and acceptance of goods and services as outlined in Attachment A, Scope of Work, and Attachment B, Contractor Rates & Compensation.

Rates identified on your Cost Worksheet will be incorporated into the awarded contract as Exhibit B, Attachment B-1 Contractor Rates.
In addition to the expenses listed under Contractor Rates in Section or Subcontractor Rates defined in Sections 2.1 and 2.3, non-reimbursable expenses include local mileage and other local travel costs, including travel within 100- mile radius of Portland, Oregon, toll charges, parking fees, local train fare, local taxicab fares, and local ridesharing fares.
