Contracted Player definition

Contracted Player means a player who is obliged, pursuant to a contract, to render his services as a footballer to a Club of a Tier 1 or Tier 2 League provided that the particulars of such contract are in accordance with Regulation 3.11.
Contracted Player means a Player under Contract to the Union at National, Provincial or Academy Level.
Contracted Player means a Player contracted to play rugby for SARU or for a Province in terms of the Player Contracts provided for in schedules 1 to 9.
