Player Contracts definition

Player Contracts means any and all player contracts existing by and between Nuggets Sub or Avalanche Sub and the professional basketball players or professional hockey players whose aggregate annual compensation package is contractually in excess of $1,000,000 from time to time employed by Nuggets Sub or Avalanche Sub, respectively, and any and all material amendments, modifications, restatements or replacements of or substitutions for any of the foregoing.
Player Contracts has the meaning ascribed to it in the definition of “Assets” set forth above.
Player Contracts means the contracts of employment of those employees of the Company who are professional football players registered with the SFA.

Examples of Player Contracts in a sentence

  • All Player Contracts shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement, which shall supersede the terms of any Player Contract inconsistent herewith.

  • In arriving at his determination, the Impartial Arbitrator shall consider any relevant information furnished to him, and shall be provided access to all relevant Player Contracts.

  • Paragraph 3 of the C.F.L. Standard Player Contracts with a Member Club may be amended to provide for a holdback provided that the C.F.L.P.A. consents in writing.

  • All Standard Player Contracts shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement, which shall supersede the terms of any Standard Player Contract inconsistent herewith.

  • From February 1 until the day prior to the first day of the next Regular Season, a Team may enter into Player Contracts that will not be included in Team Salary until the first day of such Regular Season (i.e., the player will be deemed not to have any Salary until the first day of such Regular Season), provided that such Contracts satisfy the requirements of this Section 2(g) (a “Training Camp Contract”).

  • For Preexisting Contracts and Player Contracts entered into after July 25, 2011 and before the end of the 2011 League Year, any required signing bonus acceleration after the effective date of this Agreement and before the end of the 2011 League Year shall be charged to Team Salary for the 2012 League Year.

  • Players who have played pursuant to Core Player Contracts prior to the 2014 Season, along with the Seasons included in those Core Player Contracts, are listed on Exhibit 4.

Related to Player Contracts

  • Customer Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b)(ii)(A).

  • Seller Contracts means all contracts or agreements to which Seller is a party or to which any of its material assets are bound.

  • Scheduled Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 4.16.

  • Seller Contract any Contract (a) under which Seller has or may acquire any rights or benefits; (b) under which Seller has or may become subject to any obligation or liability; or (c) by which Seller or any of the assets owned or used by Seller is or may become bound.

  • Company Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(a).
