Contract towage definition

Contract towage means when a tug proceeds on a voyage towing a vessel from one location to another location or area and which has been contracted for and pre- planned by the Company.
Contract towage means when a tug is towing a vessel from one location to another location where that tow or other services of a non-emergency nature has been contracted for and pre- planned by the employer.

Related to Contract towage

  • Contract Work means everything required to be furnished and done by the Contractor by any one or more of the parts of the Contract referred to in Article 1, except Extra Work as hereinafter defined.
