Continuous Outage definition

Continuous Outage means and refer to an Interruption of Landlord’s Essential Services that continues for fifteen (15) consecutive days, regardless of whether or not such Interruption of Landlord’s Essential Services was caused by Force Majeure.
Continuous Outage means a single Rent Abatement Event that continues for twenty (20) consecutive days.
Continuous Outage means an Interruption of Grantor’s Services occurs and continues for twenty (20) consecutive days, regardless of whether or not such Interruption of Grantor’s Services was caused by Force Majeure.

Examples of Continuous Outage in a sentence

  • In the event of a Continuous Outage, Tenant may terminate this Lease by timely delivery of the Continuous Outage Termination Notice to Landlord.

  • Tenant’s failure to timely deliver Tenant’s Continuous Outage Termination Notice shall automatically extinguish Tenant’s right to terminate this Lease with respect to that particular Continuous Outage.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Landlord and Tenant acknowledge and agree that Tenant’s right to terminate this Lease under this Section 3.A applies to the entire Tenant Space, and does not apply individually to the Suite in which the Continuous Outage occurred.

  • Tenant’s failure to timely deliver ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Continuous Outage Termination Notice shall automatically extinguish Tenant’s right to terminate this Lease with respect to that particular Continuous Outage.

Related to Continuous Outage

  • Continuous work means work carried on with consecutive shifts of employees throughout the 24 hours of each of at least six consecutive days without interruption except during breakdowns or meal breaks or due to unavoidable causes beyond the control of the employer.

  • Continuous Shift Work means work done by separate relays of employees where the hours of work are regularly rotated in accordance with a shift roster covering a 24 hour per day operation over a 7 day week.

  • *Continuous Contract Any existing written agreement (including any renewals that are exercised) between a prime contractor and a HUB vendor, where the HUB vendor provides the prime contractor with goods or service under the same contract for a specified period of time.
