Continental Exploration Program definition

Continental Exploration Program means an annual exploration program and budget in relation to the Property submitted by Continental in accordance with Section 6.4 .

"Governmental Approvals" shall mean any action, order, authorization, consent, approval, license, lease, waiver, franchise, concession, agreement, license, ruling, permit, tariff, rate, certification, exemption of, filing or registration by or with, or report or notice to, any Governmental Authority. "Governmental Authority" means any nation or government, any state or other political subdivision thereof, any entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial regulatory or administrative functions of or pertaining to any government with competent jurisdiction. "Group Company" means a Person (other than a natural person or an individual) that is controlled by the Company.

  • North American Numbering Plan (NANP) means the numbering architecture in which every station in the NANP Area is identified by a unique ten (10)-digit address consisting of a three (3)-digit NPA code, a three (3)-digit central office code of the form NXX, and a four (4)-digit line number of the form XXXX.
