Content Control definition

Content Control means that a page resides in a data center owned or controlled by TechWave or a TechWave Affiliate and that TechWave owns or controls the root URL associated with such page.

Examples of Content Control in a sentence

  • The Upstream Content Control Function shall be set such that the content stream is not transmitted to HDCP 1.x-compliant devices or HDCP 2.0-compliant repeaters.

  • Notwithstanding this requirement, an audio signal may be output if it is protected by High-Bandwidth Digital Copy Protection (“HDCP”) version 1.4 or higher, and the HDCP 2.2 Upstream Content Control Function is not required to be set as above with respect to the audio signal only.

Related to Content Control

  • Client Content means any content, materials, data and information, including Personal Information that Client or its Authorized Users enter into the SaaS Services or is otherwise uploaded by or on behalf of Client to the SaaS Services. Client Content shall not include any component of the SaaS Services or material or data provided by or on behalf of Accenture or its licensors.

  • Joint Control means a situation where a company has multiple promoters (but none of the shareholders has more than 50% of voting rights and paid up share capital).

  • Management Control means the possession, directly or indirectly of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of the Concessionaire, whether through the ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise or the power to elect or appoint more than 50% (fifty percent) of the directors, managers, partners or other individuals exercising similar authority with respect to the Concessionaire.

  • Client Contract means a futures or option contract between us and you, which is matched by an identical Contract;

  • Championship means the FIA Formula One World Championship, which includes both the Constructors' Championship and the Drivers' Championship.
