CONSULTING DAYS definition

CONSULTING DAYS means eight (8) man-hours. In the event that, at any time, LJL requests additional Consulting Days, then [*]. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as any guaranty on the part of LJL that the development contemplated by this Agreement win result in any commercially successful Licensed Products, or any obligation of LJL to develop any specific Licensed Products.
CONSULTING DAYS means the number of consulting days purchased by Customer under this Agreement as specified in Appendix 3 and such other consulting days as may be purchased by Customer from time to time.
CONSULTING DAYS. “Consulting days” are defined in Exhibit A of the Agreement as “…an equivalent of up to 80 hours of consulting services.” By the agreement of both parties, this Addendum to the Agreement, extends consulting services for up to an additional 20 hours. All other conditions, inclusive of all aspects of each party’s responsibility and compensation for services, of the original Agreement remain as established in the original Agreement.

Related to CONSULTING DAYS

  • Consulting Period has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 14(f) hereof.

  • Working Days means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England and Wales; and

  • Consulting physician means a physician who is qualified by specialty or experience to make a professional diagnosis and prognosis regarding the patient's disease.

  • Consulting Services means services of an advisory and intellectual nature provided by consultants using their professional skills to study, design, organize, and manage projects, encompassing multiple activities and disciplines, including the crafting of sector policies and institutional reforms, specialist advice, legal advice and integrated solutions, change management and financial advisory services, planning and engineering studies, and architectural design services, supervision, social and environmental assessments, technical assistance, and programme implementation;

  • Consulting Engineer /"Consultant" shall mean any firm or person duly appointed as such from time to time by the owner.
