Construction Site Operator definition

Construction Site Operator means a person who has been designated by the developer to perform routine inspections of BMPs and who is responsible for ensuring that the structural integrity of the BMPs are maintained and that the BMPs perform as designed.
Construction Site Operator means the primary operator of a construction site within the corporate limits of the City.
Construction Site Operator. Or “Operator” means any person associated with a construction project that meets either of the following two criteria:

  • construction site means a workplace where construction work is being performed;

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Construction Work means any work in connection with⎯

  • Construction Manager means a competent person responsible for the management of the physical construction processes and the coordination, administration and management of resources on a construction site;

  • Operator means the operator of an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application with actual knowledge that the site, service, or application is used for K–12 school purposes. Any entity that operates an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application that has entered into a signed, written agreement with an LEA to provide a service to that LEA shall be considered an “operator” for the purposes of this section.
