Constrained land definition

Constrained land means land which, prior to the completion of any works to ameliorate the constraining effects, falls within one or more of the following categories or demonstrates at least one of the following features:

  • Said Land shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Recital XVII of this Agreement and which is more fully and particularly described in Part A of First Schedule written hereunder and delineated and demarcated in Annexure – A hereto;

  • Operating Area means those areas on-shore in India in which company or its affiliated company may from time to time be entitled to execute such services/operations.
