Consignment Letter Agreement definition

Consignment Letter Agreement means that certain letter agreement between the Company and ▇▇▇▇, dated January 25, 2017, relating to the consignment by ▇▇▇▇ to the Company of certain Product from time to time held at the Cape Girardeau, Missouri refined products terminal operated by Enterprise Refined Products Company LLC (“ERPC”), which letter agreement has been acknowledged by ERPC for certain purposes.
Consignment Letter Agreement means that certain letter agreement between the Company and Aron, dated January 25, 2017, relating to the consignment by Aron to the Company of certain Product from time to time held at the Cape Girardeau, Missouri refined products terminal operated by Enterprise Refined Products Company LLC (“ERPC”), which letter agreement has been acknowledged by ERPC for certain purposes.

Related to Consignment Letter Agreement

  • Letter Agreement means that certain letter agreement between the initial Holder hereof and the Company, dated as of July 11, 2024, pursuant to which such initial Holder agreed to exercise one or more warrants to purchase shares of Common Stock and the Company agreed to issue to the initial Holder this Warrant.

  • Client Agreement means the agreement between the Company and the Client, which together with the Terms of Business are defined as “Operative Agreements” and govern the terms on which the Company deals with the Client.

  • Sponsor Letter Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • Connection Agreement means an agreement entered into between a distributor and a person connected to its distribution system that delineates the conditions of the connection and delivery of electricity to or from that connection;

  • Vendor Agreement means any form of agreement or documentation provided by the Contractor, including without limitation, an on-line agreement, proposal, or invoice, whether made a part of the Agreement or effective or purporting to be effective outside of the Agreement.
