Examples of Conservation Proposal in a sentence
If the Conservation Proposal is the option recommended by the Manager and approved by the Members pursuant to Section 13.02(d) above, then the Manager shall be responsible for voting on behalf of the Company in furtherance of the implementation thereof.
If the Conservation Proposal is selected as provided above, the Manager shall have the right to cause Propco to grant access and use encumbrances to third parties following the execution, delivery, and recording of the deed of conservation easement, including leases and easements; provided that such encumbrances do not violate the provisions of the deed of conservation easement and such agreements do not impose additional financial or legal burdens on the Company.
