Contractor’s Proposal definition

Contractor’s Proposal means the proposal submitted by the Contractor with the Tender, as modified and accepted by the Employer and included in the Contract. Such documents may include the Contractor’s preliminary design.

Contractor’s Proposal means the Contractor’s signed offer for the Works and all other documents which the Contractor submitted therewith (other than these conditions and the Employer’s Requirements, if so submitted) and the Employer accepted, which do not contradict the conditions of the Contract, Employer's Requirement as included in the Contract.
