Connectivity Charge definition

Connectivity Charge means charge to be recovered for cost of arranging connectivity from concerned agency for availing the connection.

Examples of Connectivity Charge in a sentence

  • The Service Credit shall be equal to 2% of the Monthly Recurring IP Connectivity Charge for the respective month for every 1% (or part thereof) that the Network Availability falls below the Network Availability Performance Target.

  • Monthly Recurring IP Connectivity Charge means the fixed recurring Service Charge invoiced by NOVOSERVE to CLIENT every month for the IP Connectivity Service (as stated in the Quote/Order Form/Order Confirmation or NOVOSERVE’s invoices), exclusive of any variable charges based upon CLIENT usage.

Related to Connectivity Charge

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • Facility Charge means one percent (1%) of the Maximum Term Loan Amount.

  • Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;

  • Energy Charge means a charge for each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electrical energy;

  • Electricity Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of electricity.
