Connection Type. The channel and associated service arrangement used to connect the Carrier's System with Ameritech's System for the purpose of interchanging traffic. Customer - Subscribers to Telecommunications Services provided by either of the Parties. Customer Name and Address Information (CNA) - May include the name, service address and telephone numbers of an exchange carrier's subscribers for a particular exchange calling area. This data includes nonpublished listings, coin telephone information and published listings. End Office Interconnection – Interconnection between Ameritech and a CMRS provider via a Type 1 Facility. End Office Switch - An Ameritech switching system where telephone loops are terminated for purposes of interconnection to each other and to Ameritech's system. An End Office Switch includes any Remote Switching Modules and Remote Switching Systems served by a host office in a different wire center. Exchange Message Record (EMR) - The standard used for exchange of Telecommunications message information among Telecommunications providers for billable, non-billable, sample, settlement and study data.
