Service Arrangement. The Company agrees to contract with the Contractor to provide the Services of the Contractor as further described herein and the Contractor agrees to provide such services.
Service Arrangement. The Company agrees to contract with ARM to provide the Services of the Contractor as further described herein, ARM agrees to procure that the Contractor provides such services and the Contractor agrees to provide such services.
Service Arrangement. Subject to the terms and conditions contain herein, this Agreement shall give you the right to accept requests to perform on-demand transportation services (“Requests”) received by you via the Software, for which you shall be paid a Service Fee (as described more fully below). Each Request that you accept shall constitute a separate contractual engagement. The Company will offer the Service to you during those times you choose to be available to receive the Requests. You shall have no obligation to use the Service at any specific time or for any specific duration. You shall have complete discretion to determine when you will be available to receive the Requests. If, however, you agree to be available to receive the Requests, you shall be obligated to abide by the terms of this Agreement. You shall be entitled to accept, reject, and select among the Requests received via the Service. You shall have no obligation to the Company to accept any Request. Following acceptance of a Request, however, you must perform the Request in accordance with the User’s specifications. Failure to provide promised services on an accepted Request shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement, and may subject you to damages. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as a guarantee that you shall be offered any particular number of Requests during any particular time period.
Service Arrangement. Under the arrangement, an interconnection facility acts like an interoffice trunk.
Service Arrangement. This Agreement provides for the following interconnection arrangement between the Parties for the purpose of delivery by one Party of specific traffic for Transport and Termination on the other Party‘s network. The Parties will interconnect their respective networks based upon a Type 2A Service 2A).
Service Arrangement. (a) Each Party shall provide the Company with certain services following the Closing pursuant to the Support and Transition Agreements.

Service Arrangement. Both parties affirm that the address specified in letterhead of this Agreement is effective for service. Notices and letters, which are sent by either party according that address, shall be deemed effectively serviced on the second day after the date on which they were mailed, regardless of being signed or rejected by who, and shall go into effect. Written notice shall be sent to the other party once there is change of above address, otherwise the changing party shall bear the unfavorable consequences. Both parties agree that the address specified in letterhead of this Agreement shall be the legal address for service of litigation document of people’s court or arbitration document of arbitral institution. Both parties accept the service effectiveness of any legal document sent to that address by people’s court or arbitral institution, and are willing to undertake resulted service consequence.
Service Arrangement. The Company agrees to contract with Little Eagle to provide the Services of the Contractor as further described herein, Little Eagle agrees that the Contractor will provide such services and the Contractor agrees to provide such services.
Service Arrangement. The Center shall provide the Personnel to conduct International Supervision Services at the Child‟s home/school in the Home Country of , or the Client and the Child may elect to travel to Dubai at their own expense to receive International Supervision Services at the Center in Dubai, UAE. The frequency, duration and the location of International Supervision Services, therapy, and/or consultation support services shall be mutually agreed upon by the Parties and shall be subject to the availability of the Center‟s clinicians, however at no time shall be less than four (4) International Supervision visits per year to ensure program quality. In addition to the above, should the Client require direct therapy services to be conducted outside of Dubai, UAE (i.e. in the Child‟s home country) by a Center Therapist, each session of Services provided by the Therapist shall be of a duration no longer than 4 hours, but all sessions in total shall not be less than 8 hours per day. The Therapist shall be expected to provide a total of 40 hours of Services per week, five days per week with two days of rest per week; however the Therapist and Client may mutually agree to deviate from such set schedule within any given month in accordance with special circumstances that may arise. Treatment Location and Parental Obligations Services may be provided in the Child's home, in the school, on outings, or at the Center. The Client agrees that a parent/ legal guardian shall be present at all scheduled meetings and present or available at hand at the designated therapy location when services are located outside of the Center premises. The Client agrees that, at all times when Services are provided, the Client shall be solely responsible for control over the safety in the Child‟s home environment and for creating a safe site for the Services. The Client also agrees that they are solely responsible for the safety and security of the Child when Services are provided outside of the Child‟s home with the exception of Center itself. Without prejudice to the foregoing obligation, the Personnel shall take all reasonable security precautions whenever Services are provided outside of the Child‟s home.
