Connected Event definition

Connected Event means the occurrence of an Event of Default or Termination Event in respect of which the Early Termination Date under the Connected ISDA Master Agreement was designated; unless the party designating an Early Termination Date under the Connected ISDA Master Agreement specifies otherwise, the Early Termination Date with respect to such Additional Termination Event shall be the Early Termination Date under the Connected ISDA Master Agreement; and

  • This Clause 10 shall survive the termination and/or expiry of any Funding Agreement and shall apply in relation to all of the Applicant's and/or Authorised Personnel's and/or Sub-contractors' participation in any Connected Event as a Connected Person forthwith.
