Listed Event definition

Listed Event means any of the events listed in Section 5(a) of this Disclosure Certificate.

Listed Event means any of the following events with respect to the Bonds:

Listed Event means, so long as the Recipient has outstanding any System Obligation subject to Rule 15c2-12, any of the events required to be reported with respect to such System Obligation pursuant to Rule 15c2-12(b)(5).

• Nothing in the Continuing Disclosure Agreement shall be deemed to prevent the City from disseminating any other information, using the means of dissemination set forth in the Continuing Disclosure Agreement or any other means of communication, or including any other information in any Annual Report or notice of occurrence of a Listed Event, in addition to that which is required by the Continuing Disclosure Agreement.

More Definitions of Listed Event

Listed Event means any of the events with respect to the Notes, set forth in Section 10(A) above.
